Lounge Terms of Service
Operator TIXIT Co., Ltd. (㈜틱스잇) | Site lguplus.koreagenie.com
Effective date 2026.10.22
These terms set out the rights and obligations concerning accounts, travel and experience products, Korea-Experience Passes, coupons, vouchers and the U+ Mate community operated by TIXIT Co., Ltd.
Article 1. Purpose and scope
1. These terms govern the service relationship between TIXIT Co., Ltd. (“Company”) and members or non-members (“Users”) of Lounge (“Service”). 2. The Service is available at https://lguplus.koreagenie.com/. Services on other sites are governed by the terms posted there. 3. Product-specific conditions are provided before purchase and form part of the agreement. Mandatory law prevails where these terms or product conditions conflict with it.
Article 2. Operator and partnership
1. The Company operates the Service and is responsible for processing Users' personal information. It provides the Service in partnership with LG Uplus but does not exchange or share Users' personal information with LG Uplus. 2. Displaying the LG Uplus name or logo does not make LG Uplus the Service operator or a party to a product contract. The roles of the Company and each seller or provider are stated on product pages; their statutory responsibilities are not limited. 3. The operator's terms and privacy policy govern LG Uplus telecommunications products and other services accessed through external sites.
Article 3. Definitions
A “Member” is a User who has created an account following the Company's procedure. A “Product” is a travel, experience, admission, performance or other good or service listed or sold on the Service. A “Pass” bundles multiple tickets or benefits. A “Voucher” is an electronic ticket, QR code or similar proof of purchase or eligibility. A “Coupon” provides a discount, gift or experience subject to its stated conditions. “U+ Mate” is a community feature for creating or joining groups through profiles and posts.
Article 4. Publication and changes
1. The Company posts these terms and its information where Users can readily find them and clearly presents important contract terms. 2. The Company may amend these terms within applicable law. It announces the changes, reasons and effective date at least 7 days beforehand; unfavorable or material changes are announced at least 30 days beforehand and individually notified through registered email or another channel. 3. Users who disagree may terminate their agreement. Existing orders are generally governed by the conditions in force when ordered. Silence alone is not treated as consent to an unfavorable change.
Article 5. Membership and account management
1. Users must provide accurate information and register or sign in as instructed. The Company may restrict registration for reasonable grounds such as use of another person's identity, false information or serious misuse, and explain the reason. 2. Users must safeguard their login methods and inform the Company of suspected theft or unauthorized use. They are not liable for losses attributable to the Company. 3. Transactions requiring a legal guardian's consent, including paid transactions by minors, follow applicable law. A minor or legal guardian may cancel a contract lacking required consent as allowed by law. Processing the personal information of a child under 14 requires the legally required guardian consent and verification.
Article 6. Provision and changes to the Service
1. The Company offers product and travel information, ordering and payment, pass/coupon/voucher issuance and viewing, community and support features. Eligibility and scope are stated on the relevant pages. 2. Maintenance, faults, security issues or force majeure may temporarily interrupt the Service. Where possible, the Company gives advance notice of the reason and expected duration; in emergencies it gives notice promptly afterward. 3. If a material aspect of a paid service is changed or discontinued, the Company protects existing purchasers and takes necessary measures, including a refund for undelivered portions.
Article 7. Product information and formation of contract
1. Before purchase the Company displays the seller/provider, product, final price, period of use, reservation requirements, restrictions, delivery method and cancellation/refund conditions. It identifies whether it acts as seller or online intermediary for that transaction. 2. A contract forms when the User orders and the Company's or seller's acceptance reaches the User. Users may review and correct their order; contract details are available on the order page or by email. 3. If stock shortages, unavailable reservations or display errors make fulfillment impossible, the reason is promptly communicated and amounts already paid are refunded under applicable law. Products are not substituted without the User's consent.
Article 8. Payment and transaction records
Payment uses methods supported by the Service. A payment provider's process and approval may apply, but use of that provider does not release the Company from statutory duties. Users can view order, payment and cancellation status and transaction records. Incorrect charges are corrected or refunded after review.
Article 9. Passes, vouchers and coupons
1. Products are used according to the period of validity, permitted uses, reservation method, eligible facilities, closures, identity requirements and rules for combining benefits disclosed before purchase. 2. Vouchers and QR codes may be used only by the designated User and for the stated purpose; forgery, alteration, duplicate use and unauthorized resale are prohibited. Transferability follows the product's conditions. 3. Issuance of a voucher or QR code alone does not mean the service has been used or universally remove statutory withdrawal rights. 4. Free coupons and paid tickets are treated separately. Refunds after expiry or for unused or partly used paid tickets depend on the product and applicable law; expiry alone does not automatically extinguish statutory rights.
Article 10. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
1. Where statutory e-commerce withdrawal rights apply, Users may withdraw within 7 days of receiving the written contract terms. If supply begins later, the period starts when the product is received or supply begins; other starting points and exceptions follow applicable law. 2. Withdrawal may be restricted for legally specified reasons such as commencement of service or substantial loss of value from use. The Company clearly discloses restrictions before purchase and takes measures required by law. Rights concerning portions of a divisible service not yet supplied remain protected. 3. If a product differs from its description, advertising or contract, Users may withdraw under applicable law within 3 months of supply and within 30 days of discovering or being able to discover the difference. 4. Users may cancel through the Service or send their order number and cancellation request to customer support by email. Statutory withdrawal refunds are processed within 3 business days of the legal starting point, including return of goods, withdrawal for services or digital content, or withdrawal for undelivered goods. Payment cancellation requests and compensation for delay follow applicable law. 5. Conditions for reservation changes, last-minute cancellation, no-shows and partly used Passes are disclosed before purchase and do not override statutory withdrawal rights. Where the Company or provider is responsible for non-use, refunds or other remedies follow applicable law. No separate penalty or damages are charged solely for exercising a statutory withdrawal right.
Article 11. U+ Mate and posts
1. Users decide whether to join after checking the organizer, schedule, venue, cost, eligibility and visibility. Events directly organized or sold by the Company are distinguished from independently created groups. 2. Unauthorized disclosure of others' personal information, illegal advertising, impersonation, harassment, discriminatory or hateful speech, intellectual-property infringement and recruitment for unlawful purposes are prohibited. Users should not post unnecessary personal information such as IDs or payment details publicly. 3. Authors retain rights to their posts. The Company may display, store and transmit posts as needed to operate the Service; separate advertising or external promotion requires the necessary rights or consent. 4. Posts suspected of violating law or rights may be restricted under applicable procedures, with reasons and appeal methods provided where possible. The Company's statutory liability, including for its negligence, is not excluded merely because Users organize a group.
Article 12. Prohibited conduct and restrictions
For confirmed account theft, payment abuse, fraudulent coupon or voucher use, attacks on the Service or legal violations, the Company may restrict posts or features or terminate an agreement proportionately. It generally explains the reason and appeal process in advance and allows the User to respond. Urgent security or rights issues may require action before notice. Paid transactions for restricted accounts are settled under law and valid contract conditions.
Article 13. Account closure and privacy
1. Members may request closure through the Service or customer support email. After reasonable identity checks, the Company handles the request without delay and explains the handling and implications of pending orders or refunds. 2. The Company processes personal information under applicable law and its separately published privacy policy. Consent separately required for collection, use or disclosure is not replaced by acceptance of these terms. 3. Transaction records that must be retained by law remain stored for the required period and purpose; other personal information is deleted when its retention purpose ends.
Article 14. Damages and liability
1. The Company or a User who intentionally or negligently breaches these terms or the law and causes loss to the other party bears liability under applicable law. 2. The Company does not categorically exclude liability whenever it lacks intent or gross negligence. For force majeure or User fault, causation, the Company's negligence and applicable law determine liability. 3. Use of outside providers or payment processors, or acting as an intermediary, does not remove the Company's statutory duties.
Article 15. Disputes and governing law
The Company reviews legitimate complaints and reports the outcome. Unresolved disputes may be referred to consumer dispute resolution or other procedures under applicable law. Korean law governs these terms without excluding mandatory consumer protections. Court jurisdiction follows applicable law; the court at the Company's address is not the exclusive venue.
