1. Operator and scope
TIXIT Co., Ltd. operates Lounge in partnership with LGUPLUS. This policy covers the Lounge account, shopping, benefits and community features you choose to use.
2. Information handled
For sign-in and accounts, we handle email address, display name, login-provider identifier or email verification information as applicable. If available or provided, account details can include English name, nationality and profile information. Existing SIM eligibility records may include a SIM account, sale number, name, email and eligibility dates. Orders record the account, order number, product selections, amounts, status and voucher or coupon usage; payment records include provider transaction information. U+ Mate profile or group content is handled only when you use those features. Session and language-preference cookies support the website.
3. Purposes of use
We use this information to sign you in, identify your account, check applicable purchase eligibility, process orders and payments, issue and show purchased benefits, support cancellations and inquiries, and run features you choose to use.
4. External services
Google and LINE may handle information when you choose their sign-in options. Payverse handles payment transactions; some products also involve an external voucher or QR provider. Information needed for each transaction is handled under the applicable provider process. Do not assume that signing in or paying means every provider receives your entire Lounge profile.
5. Retention and deletion
Account and order information is kept while needed to provide the service and handle transactions. Records that must be preserved under applicable law, including purchase and payment records, may remain for the required period. Requests for account-data deletion are reviewed together with these obligations.
